As we look at homes I will point out the flaws, I don’t sell you the first home we look at (unless it’s the one!) I pride myself on not being the pushy realtor, yet still get the job done when it comes to negotiations. I’m a one stop shop when it comes to all things home! I have referrals for plumbers, electricians, painters, and anything else you may need! I also offer luxury signage, premium marketing, and staging services. I also have a background in interior design and professional organization. My father is a general contractor so I grew up going to job sites and learning about all things home. My mom is a mortgage lender supervisor and she gives me a lot of really good insight about what the daily market conditions are and when the best rates are going to hit. I love having the inside scoop for myself & my clients. I became a realtor for multiple reasons; I love helping others.
